the perishable nature of flowers, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Returns
Returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
● Incorrect product delivered
● Flowers delivered in damaged or spoiled condition
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs for
verification.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original
payment method used during checkout.
Order Cancellation
● Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
● After this period, cancellations are not allowed as the order processing begins
immediately
Non-Refundable Cases
● Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer
● Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
● Minor variations in flower color or arrangement due to seasonal availability
